🇺🇸 5 tips Australians need to know about U.S. Holidays & interviewing
When interviewing in the U.S. a small amount of cultural appreciation and awareness goes a long way in building relationships with future employers.
Most U.S. based companies and recruiters don’t know about the special E-3 visa for Australians. As a result, talented Australians are far too often rejected from job opportunities as they are placed in a “need sponsorship” category.
Tell recruiters the E-3 visa is similar to the TN, and get them out of the H-1B headspace. Hopefully you’ll start to get more traction with interviews.
